One | One Sessions
Christine Therese is a certified yoga teacher and spiritual guide. In her one-on-one sessions, she weaves yogic practices, meditation, and ancient healing arts, offering a holistic and multifaceted approach to women’s health. Sharing teachings from the lineages of yoga, tantra, eastern philosophy, and ancient practices she seeks to reconnect her clients with the wisdom of their bodies, their cyclical nature, and feminity. Her intention is for each of her clients to experience abundant health, pleasure, creativity and feel deeply in tune with their innate power.
In her one-on-one sessions, you will be guided through a personalized program that honors your unique situation and needs.
Each session includes the following steps:
1st step: Introductory call
A few days before our first session we will have a video call to connect and start your process. Taking some time before our video call to get clear on your needs and wishes for our session together is recommended.
2nd step: Session
After our call, I will carefully design your personalized session depending on the main healing theme defined during our video call. Our session will take place on Zoom and lasts 90 min. The session will be recorded and shared with you.
3rd step: Personal program
After our session together you will receive a personal program in written form, to empower you to continue your practice at home.
